Bay Investment Partners, formed in 2004, is a consortium of individual investors with broad industry knowledge and investment experience. Most of our investments fall into three general categories:

- Buyouts: We seek to acquire interests in cash-flow positive companies at reasonable multiples of cash flow. We like to back good managers in businesses with high degrees of recurring revenue.
- Growth Equity: We will back strong teams with a product or service requiring capital to scale. Often times these companies are not cash-flow positive at the time of our investment but we seek a quick and clear path to profitability.
- Real Estate: We have extensive experience in real estate investment and look to acquire properties and buildings opportunistically at compelling valuations. In these transactions, finding the right general partner and making sure incentives are properly aligned is crucial to our investment decision.
